Upon receipt of the package, please read the instructions carefully before you cast a vote. Kindly return the completed ballot by mail or by hand at your earliest convenience, and the ballot must reach the HKIA Premises before HKT 12:00 noon, 15 September 2026 (Tuesday) for the vote to be valid.

Call for Nominations: HKIA Gold Medal 2026

Established in 2021, the HKIA Gold Medal is the Institute’s highest annual honour, awarded to an individual, or group of individuals, who has made consistent, profound, and distinguished contributions to architecture in Hong Kong.
For the 2026 award, HKIA Fellows are invited to submit nominations. Each Fellow may nominate no more than one candidate during the nomination period from 30 July 2026 to 30 August 2026, inclusive.
Please complete the Nomination Form, which is attached to this letter and available online, and submit the duly completed form in hard copy, either by hand or by surface mail, in a sealed envelope to the stated address.
